1. Use of the Service

Llooph provides a platform for users to interact with participating businesses, earn loyalty rewards, scan QR codes, and engage with promotions and booking related features.

You agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

3. Rewards and Business Offers

Rewards, promotions, and offers displayed within Llooph are provided by participating businesses.

Llooph does not guarantee that:

• Any reward will remain available
• A business will continue participation
• Points or offers will always be redeemable

Businesses may modify or withdraw promotions at their discretion.

4. Business Plans, Fees, and Complimentary Access

Llooph may offer paid business plans, promotional access, trial access, or complimentary access to selected businesses at its discretion.

Pricing, features, and plan availability may change from time to time.

Llooph may provide free or discounted access to certain early partners, promotional participants, or selected businesses. Such access does not create a permanent entitlement unless expressly agreed by Llooph in writing.

Llooph reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue complimentary or promotional access at any time.

5. QR Scanning and Location Verification

Some Llooph features require QR scanning and location verification to confirm that users are physically present at a participating business.

Users agree not to:

• Scan QR codes fraudulently
• Attempt to manipulate the rewards system
• Bypass location verification safeguards

Llooph reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts suspected of misuse.

6. Bookings and Business Interactions

Llooph may facilitate bookings or communications between users and participating businesses.

Llooph is not responsible for:

• Business service quality
• Booking cancellations or changes
• Disputes between users and businesses

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Llooph may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent behaviour
• Manipulate reward systems
• Disrupt the integrity of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

All Llooph branding, technology, and platform content remain the property of Llooph unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Llooph shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Changes to the Service

Llooph may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
